What should I expect in an evaluation?

The first step in treatment is an evaluation. An evaluation can help you determine a treatment plan that will work best for you. It is an open, honest dialogue between you and the behavioral health professional.

Are you under 21 and need support?

Teen Link offers a confidential and non-judgmental help line for teens, by teens. Teen volunteers receive extensive training to answer phone calls every evening from 6-10. They listen to your concerns, and talk with you about whatever’s on your mind. No issue is too big or too small! Volunteer phone workers also have access to an extensive database. They can give you information on agencies serving youth in Washington State. Teen Link is also a program of Crisis Connections.
